Cancellation/Refund Policy

 

FORCE MAJEURE

A. No party will be liable for nonperformance of any of its obligations under the agreement if its nonperformance was due to a Force Majeure Event as defined in paragraph (B) of this Article, on condition that such party complies with the conditions in paragraph (C) of this Article.

B. A Force Majeure Event shall mean any act of God; war; riot; civil strife; act of terrorism, domestic or foreign; embargo; governmental rule, regulation or decree; flood, fire, hurricane, tornado, or other casualty; earthquake; strike, lockout, or other labor disturbance; the unavailability of labor or materials to the extent beyond the control of the party affected; pandemic; quarantine; or any other events or circumstances not within the reasonable control of the party affected, whether similar or dissimilar to any of the foregoing.

C. Upon occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, the non-performing party shall promptly notify the other party that a Force Majeure Event has occurred, its anticipated effect on performance, including its expected duration. The non-performing party shall furnish the other party with periodic reports regarding the progress of the Force Majeure Event. The non-performing party shall use reasonable diligence to minimize damages and to resume performance.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised that you can cancel your Stitcher's Club Membership up to 7 days before the recurring payment via email and your request will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made 7 Days or less before the recurring charge will be subject to the monthly or annual payment for one more term. 

 

REFUND POLICY

No Refunds

Services — including consulting, coaching, and live events — are non-refundable once booked. Each session requires a dedicated time slot and/or materials that are committed on your behalf at the time of booking. Please also note that cancelled one-on-one coaching calls are not eligible for rescheduling. Should you need to cancel please contact us via email at help@serendipityneedleworks.com.

 

Refund on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be issued once an order has been placed and product has been downloaded. If you are unable to download the digital product please contact Support at help@serendipityneedleworks.com within 7 days for assistance.

If you change your mind and have not downloaded the product, a refund can be issued upon request within 7 days.

Downloads are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access purchased digital products.

We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase.

 

Refund on membership

 

Month-to-month subscriptions: 

Subscriptions created will not automatically cancel. If you would like to cancel a monthly subscription, you may do so at any time. In order to avoid being billed for the following month, you must cancel 7 Days prior to your next billing cycle.

If you are requesting a refund for your membership you must be within the 14 day window of joining the membership. There are no refunds for month-to-month after you have been a member for 14 days.

 

Annual membership:

If you are on the annual plan and wish to cancel, you must do so within 14 days to receive a refund. After 14 days have passed, Serendipity Needleworks does not issue any refunds.

Subscriptions created will not automatically cancel. If you would like to cancel an annual subscription, you may do so at any time. You will continue to have access to the membership until the cancellation date.

Please note that you must cancel at least 7 days prior to your next renewal date to avoid being billed for the following year.

 

Refunds for Duplicate Charges

Our payment system allows for duplicate orders. This is made possible for gifting purposes or for members to accept various specials and discounts. Because of this, it is also possible to sign-up for multiple accounts - even under the same name or email address. The Customer is responsible for creating duplicate charges. Our payment system and team will not know if this happens. If either the Customer or a Serendipity Needleworks team member finds a duplicate charge, the Customer is entitled to a maximum of 60 days worth of refunds. The Customer is responsible for their payments and must request cancellation if they intentionally or unintentionally make a duplicate charge.

 

Refund on coaching and/or consulting

There are absolutely no refunds on coaching and consulting once the services are rendered. We cannot guarantee results in a coaching or consulting relationship, because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.

If you made a payment in full, and are unsatisfied, you may request a refund for any coaching or consulting sessions NOT rendered.
