We're Going to Sunny Provence for the 2023 Girlfriends Getaway Virtual Retreat Experience!
We'll spend two fun-filled days together, immersed in all things needlepoint - and the best part? You don't even have to get on a plane! Thanks to the technical wizardry of Zoom, you'll be magically transported to southern France for a blissful weekend of stitching and relaxing.
What is a virtual needlepoint experience?
I'm ever so glad you asked!
Think of it like a very special retreat, but without all the headaches of travel. Instead of packing your suitcase and schlepping all your stuff to the airport, you get to enjoy the niceties of being pampered right in your very own home - and you can even wear your jammies, if you want. š
We'll spend two whole days stitching a delightful Provençal themed canvas by Cooper Oaks Designs - and I'll share the "why" behind the "what" for my stitch and thread choices so that you can apply what you learn to your other needlepoint projects, too.
And, of course, there will be plenty of super-fun surprises sprinkled throughout our time together.
The entire retreat will be recorded so that you can go back and revisit our virtual adventure in stitches and threads as often as you want.

Trio of Garden Ladies
Our retreat canvas is none other than Linda Ragno's "Trio of Garden Ladies". Linda is renowned for her French country needlepoint designs. In fact, she first became enchanted with the colors and patterns of Provence on a visit to see her grandparents who lived in the Pyrenees.
During our time together, we'll explore different stitch/thread combinations for garments/clothing, decorative borders, and so much more! You'll even learn the "why" behind my stitch and thread choices. š
As with all of our retreat experiences, your retreat package includes your hand-painted canvas, an assortment of beautiful threads, and the exclusive custom stitch guide created just for this retreat. (Of course, there are oodles of other goodies included in your retreat box, too - but we don't want to spoil the surprises!)
